Return Policy

In-Store Purchase
 
If you purchased your items in store, we will gladly accept your return within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. Items must be in their original condition with the Isola tag still attached, and items unworn. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Online Purchase

If you bought your purchase from our online store, we will gladly accept your return within 7 days of purchase, in its original condition with the Isola tag and pink fastener still attached, and items unworn. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase – please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.


If the return request is outside of the 7 days from the date of purchase and under 14 days from purchase, an Isola Boutique store credit will be issued for future purchases. 

We will provide a return label for orders that have returnable items to make the return process easy and secure. A $20 return charge will be deducted from your refund when we issue a prepaid return shipping label. Please be sure to mail your return back within 7 days of receiving it to be eligible for a refund. Only send returns using our prepaid return label so we have the ability to track the return. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.

We also accept in-store returns if you are local to San Diego.
